The FIA are taking measures to monitor the McLaren Mercedes Formula 1 team in Interlagos, Brazil - the deciding and final race for the Formula One Driver World Championship.

The McLaren team issued a statement, once again, that Alonso and Hamilton will have equal driver status.

We can confirm that the FIA is in the process of appointing a special scrutineer for the Brazilian Grand Prix.

Looking forward to the final showdown next weekend.
